Rapid Induct

: Our flagship product, Rapid Induct is an Online Induction system, currently used by over 140 Australian and international corporations, including more than 40 blue chip companies such as Ford, Commonwealth Bank, Cadbury, Mirvac, Lend Lease and more. Rapid Induct is an editable course interface that has gained national and international recognition. It evolves continually through client suggestions and requirements, thereby ensuring a client focused product that is continually being improved.

School Induct:

This is an education specialist version of our induction software designed to increase compliance among independent schools throughout Australia.

Incident Reporting system - Kraft Foods:

Build in conjunction with Kraft Australia, this system allows Kraft to record the workplace incidents that occur on a day-to-day basis and follow them up with investigations and corrective actions. It also provides reports which allow Kraft to take necessary steps for maintaining outstanding workplace safety standards.

Contractor management system and pre-qualification system:

Used by Mirvac Asset Management. Prior to using this system, Mirvac did not have a contractor management system in place. This meant that vital information, such as contractor Insurances and compliance, was entered manually. After 2 years this system has become an integral part of Mirvac’s day-to-day operation of Contractor Management and allows them features such as contractor insurance collection, data management, insurance expiry management, contractor suspension and approval.

Site Entry system – Ford Motor Company:

The site access system allows Ford contractors to gain entry to their site and leave by swiping a contractor pass (similar to an ATM card), at the entrance guard hut. This enables Ford to keep a day to day log of the contractors who come in and out of the different sites. The system also incorporates functionality such as Visitor Site Entry Management, Reporting and Contractor Induction Management.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system:

This system allows the management of customers by categorizing them into Leads, Prospects and Clients. It also incorporates integration with outlook, invoicing, reporting, marketing tools, etc.

Booking Engine – Regent on Wallace:

This system allows potential customers to make a booking and pay for their accommodation online. It includes features such as disabling the days already booked, displaying discounted price, and listing the bookings for the day. The system also has an administrative section where various settings for the booking can be changed, such as the discounted percentage, availability, pricing and cancellations.
